Opening salutation

Dear Tina,

Introduction

I hope you’re doing well. I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to properly say goodbye to you in the rush of moving to Canada last month for my new job. Now that I have settled in, I thought of writing to you to tell you about my experience so far.

Body Paragraph 1 (Task Prompt No. 1)

I’m staying in an apartment here in Toronto, which is one of the most happening cities in Canada. I immediately got impressed with the energetic vibe of this city and its people. Although I haven’t gotten many opportunities for sight-seeing, I did manage to visit the iconic CN Tower. It is the tallest building in this city full of skyscrapers. From the observation area in the tower, I could see Niagara Falls, which I’m planning to visit next.

Body Paragraph 2 (Task Prompt No. 2)

So let me tell you about my job here. I work at Costa Design Inc. as a senior graphic designer. Therefore, I have more responsibilities now, and have to manage a larger team than my previous job. Moreover, my boss is very knowledgeable and encouraging, and the support of my friendly co-workers have made my transition very easy.

Body Paragraph 3 (Task Prompt No. 3)

I would love for you to come here during your Diwali holidays with your family. I know you guys will love Toronto and enjoy your time here. Do let me know if you consider.

Concluding sentence

Please give my regards to your kids, and do stay in touch. I shall write again.

Ending Salutation

Love,

Shivangi.
