Ma’am / Sir, my favourite magazine is Cosmopolitan. Cosmopolitan is an international fashion magazine for women. It is also popularly known by the name ‘Cosmo’. I came to know about this magazine when I was 17 years old. I and my family had gone to visit my cousin who’s married and lives in Bangalore. I saw this magazine in her bookcase and found the cover page very intriguing. Since I had never read this magazine before, I asked her to explain to me what the magazine was about. She told me that Cosmopolitan publishes articles on relationships, health, careers for women, self-improvement, celebrities, fashion and beauty. I read that magazine for the first time at her place and I was hooked. All the articles were very interesting and I got to know many interesting facts that I had no idea about. I came back home and enrolled for its monthly subscription as at that time we could only buy it online. It is available in leading bookstores nowadays. Every month, Cosmopolitan gets delivered at my doorstep. It’s been 7 years since I started reading Cosmopolitan. I have recommended this magazine to all my friends.

I would like to mention that I am not very fond of reading magazines, but if I find anything interesting, I do try and read it. Anyways, I came to know about this magazine when I was 17 years old. I and my family had gone to visit my cousin who’s married and lives in Bangalore. I saw this magazine in her bookcase and found the cover page very intriguing. Since I had never read this magazine before, I asked her to explain to me what the magazine was about. She told me that Cosmopolitan publishes articles on relationships, health, careers for women, self-improvement, celebrities, fashion and beauty. I read that magazine for the first time at her place. All the articles were very interesting and I got to know many interesting facts that I had no idea about. I even discussed this information with my friends after I came back home. My cousin told me that Cosmopolitan is only available online in my country. However, that was 7 years ago. Nowadays, it is available in leading bookstores.
