Dear Sir,
This is in regards to your
enquiry about a translator for our company meetings. I am writing to introduce
you to a remarkable lady, Mrs. Saritha Pai. She has worked for Sineca Agro Pvt.
Ltd., based in Hyderabad, for the past 38 months and has done an excellent job
serving as an in-house translator into French and Spanish.
Let me tell you more about her. I
came into her contact at a workshop I attended for learning French at the
French Cultural Center in our city. She was one of the speakers at the seminar
and I was immediately impressed by the ease in which she spoke French. After becoming
more familiar with her, I came to know she’s fluent in Spanish, German and Chinese.
She’s a versatile woman having even the fine nuances that a language culturally
requires. Most importantly, she’s flexible, co-operative and is well-read on a variety
of subjects.
I’m sure she would be an
excellent resource for our company. I am recommending her to us as she’s moving
to our city next month. I had asked her for her resume along with her contact
details, which is attached with this letter for your reference. Kindly let me
know if there’s any correspondence that I may pass on to her.
Yours faithfully,
XYZ.
