some of the employees make mistakes that affect your work. In your letter say
- What mistakes have you encountered so far?
- Explain that others employees complained about the same mistakes.
- Suggest a solution to solve this problem.
Respected Sir / Ma’am,
I’m a senior analyst, working in
the sales and research division of your organization. We have lately been
working on a big promotions project to launch our new product into the market. I
am writing this letter to draw your attention towards some of the flaws in our team’s
work methods.
There are 12 of us in the team.
I’m responsible for analysing all market surveys that the field-market
assistants bring back, and report them further for product development. I have
noticed that a few of the field assistants have not been filling the
questionnaires completely, and this is making my job a little more taxing and
time-consuming. I suspect they don’t visit the assigned locations, but just
fill up the questionnaire on their own. This can lead to serious misconceptions
about the public’s opinion for our product. I have also received a similar
complaint from 2 more junior analysts in the team.
Since they have been denying this
issue on confrontation, I’d request you to take up a disciplinary meeting with
the field assistants and try to stop this practice. Any other malpractices in
their work can also be detected once they face the higher authorities of the
company.
