procedure of manufacturing yogurt and preparing it for sale. The primary
ingredient required for this is milk.
In a large vessel, the desired amount of
milk is heated for upto 90 degree Celcius. The maximum time for this can be 30
minutes, after which if the milk is heated more, the consistency of the yogurt
will be thicker accordingly.
After this, the milk is allowed to cool
on its on till it reaches 44 degree Celcius. Live bacteria are then added to
the milk for curdling it. It is further allowed to cool down to 37 degrees,
which takes around 4 hours’ time. After four hours, the vessel is put into a
refrigerator for chilling the yogurt.
After the necessary amount of time, the
yogurt is flavoured with sugar and different fruits, in this case strawberries,
and mixed well. The yogurt is now ready for consumption, and it is poured and
