Saying 'THE' the right way!

What is correct? Pronouncing THE as 'thuh' or 'thee'??

For words beginning with a vowel sound, it's always easier and clearer with the 'thee' pronunciation. 

On the other hand, before words that begin with a consonant sound, 'thuh' is the shorter and hence the preferred pronunciation.

This is not a ruling. It's just a tendency to assist with the flow of speech.
Also, when used for emphasizing something, 'thee' may sound better.
