Unusual cue card in the IELTS speaking test in Ahmedabad on 30th March 2016

Just today morning a student of mine appeared for his Speaking test, in Ahmedabad. This post is especially for the extremely unusual cue card that was asked to him. It goes like this:

Describe a person who you know travels a lot by plane. 
Please say:
Who is that person?
How much / How frequently does he/she travel?
How do you know him/her?

My student talked about his father in this answer, saying he has to travel a lot because of his work, which is quite a good answer to this.

The whole explanation went on about how his father has to travel in the country as well as outside sometimes for his work, on an average travelling by plane at least once a month. He also went on to list the places he's travelled to and some other related details.
