You have recently visited a tourist attraction and were very pleased by the help given to you by the staff. Write a letter to the staff manager and say

- Give details of your visit.

- Describe how the staff helped you.

- What do you want the manager to do?

Dear Sir / Ma'am, 

This letter is in regards to the wonderful experience I had staying at your resort last weekend. I, along with my family, had booked two rooms there, and we all had a lovely time, thanks to the eager service provided by your staff members.

Let me first compliment you on the welcome we were given when we arrived at the resort. The welcome drink and the garlands, along with the enthusiastic greeting of your staff were extremely pleasing. The rooms we had booked overlooked the sea which was delightful. Your staff quickly provided us with the itinerary and made sure we didn't miss out on anything during our stay at your beach resort.

One special mention that I would like to commend your staff for is that they provided special vegan food for us, as we are strictly vegans. Even though your menu didn't have vegan dishes, the hotel steward made specific arrangements for our meals. We were even asked a couple of times whether we were comfortable with everything.

I would like to thank you and your staff members once again for being so friendly and dedicated to their duties. I would really like it if you could reward the chef, steward, and the staff members who attended to us in whatever manner your hotel policy suggests. I hope to visit your resort again.
