You had a long flight last week when you went on a business trip. During the flight you had some problems and the crew wasn’t really helpful.

Write a letter to the airline and say:

- Give details of your flight.

- What were the problems and why didn’t the flight crew help?

- What action do you expect the airline to take?

Dear Sir / Ma’am,

This letter is in regards to the unsatisfactory experience I had during my journey in one of your company’s flights. Needless to say, unless the issues are addressed, I shall not be choosing your airline company for my travelling purposes again.

I boarded the AP-624 airbus of your company “Swift Airways’ on Wednesday, 18th of March 2016 for my journey from Ahmedabad to New Delhi. It was a two hour flight, and 45 minutes into the journey our meals were brought out. I had ordered the Indian vegetarian platter, but the crew served me a non-vegetarian one. Even after pointing that out, the crew seemed clueless as to what to do next and gave blank expressions. It turned out that vegetarian food wasn’t stocked on the flight and all who ordered that had to fill up on coffee and tea, which was also served very ungracefully.

The novice attitude of your flight attendants is something I don’t appreciate when I pay for a luxurious journey. Also the absence of vegetarian food on a flight originating from India seems very mindless. I expect you to take prompt measures regarding this issue, starting with training the crew members to be more prepared and amiable.

I hope to receive better service from your company in the future.
